These Terms and Conditions govern your use of aaaji.click and all services provided by aaaji. Please read them fully before creating an account or placing any bet. By registering and using aaaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaaji login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your account. aaaji will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. Report any suspected unauthorised access to aaaji support immediately.
aaaji recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. This option is available in your account settings.
aaaji is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. This process — commonly known as Know Your Customer or KYC — may be initiated at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at aaaji's discretion.

If your account has not yet been verified, aaaji reserves the right to hold any pending withdrawal until verification is complete. Providing false, altered, or incomplete documents will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on aaaji are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱). aaaji does not accept deposits in any other currency, and no currency conversion is applied to player transactions.

The minimum deposit amount at aaaji is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit amount, though aaaji may apply daily or transaction limits for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes. These limits, where applicable, will be communicated to the player.
GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are typically credited to your aaaji balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are generally credited within minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. aaaji is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account not belonging to the registered player — are not permitted and may result in account suspension. aaaji does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity.
aaaji aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly and return winnings to players without unnecessary delay. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. aaaji reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of the withdrawal destination account before releasing funds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not a reflection of any suspicion directed at the player.
Verified accounts with no pending bonus wagering requirements can expect withdrawal processing within the timeframes applicable to each payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally completed quickly. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days depending on the receiving institution.
Withdrawals from accounts with active bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonuses. You must complete the required wagering before a withdrawal can be processed. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
aaaji does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. Any charges levied by the player's bank or payment provider are outside aaaji's control and are the player's responsibility.
aaaji regularly offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual offer.
Bonuses at aaaji are available to eligible registered players who meet the criteria specified for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new accounts making their first qualifying deposit. Returning-player offers are available to existing accounts as specified in the promotion details.
Most bonuses at aaaji carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before the bonus funds or any derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ₱1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement means ₱10,000 in total qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal. All bonuses carry a validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress that have not been completed within the validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without replacement.
aaaji monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times, coordinating bets with other players to guarantee bonus outcomes, placing low-risk bets exclusively designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus structures rather than play in good faith. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and the account may be restricted.
aaaji reserves the right to change, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account, but may affect future eligibility or the terms of ongoing promotions where permitted by applicable regulations.
All casino games and sports betting markets offered on aaaji are governed by the specific rules of the individual game or market type, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail for that game or market only.
The results of all virtual casino games at aaaji — including slots, table games, and virtual sports — are produced by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited. These results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated. The outcome displayed to the player is the final and binding result of each game round.
Live dealer game results are determined by physical processes conducted by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. The result of any live game round as confirmed by the aaaji platform is final and binding. Where a technical error or disconnection occurs during a live game, aaaji will resolve the round in accordance with the applicable game rules and any applicable regulatory guidance.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and market type. The applicable limits are displayed within each game or market interface. aaaji reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including during live games or events, in response to regulatory requirements or risk management considerations.
In the event of a game malfunction, network error, or system failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, aaaji reserves the right to void the affected round and return the player's stake. aaaji is not liable for any losses that result from a player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aaaji platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
aaaji monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, accounts may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.
aaaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — the following:
When an account is closed in good standing — meaning no violation of these Terms is involved — any genuine cash balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds are not returned. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, aaaji may withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
You may request the closure of your aaaji account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will be processed as a priority. See Section 10 for full responsible gaming provisions.
